These terms will govern your use of Tastly, provided by A2Z IT. A final, solicitor-reviewed version will be published before launch.
The service
Tastly lets you capture customer contact details and send SMS marketing to customers who have opted in.
Your responsibilities
You are the data controller for your customers' data. You must only message customers who have consented, and must honour opt-outs.
Billing
The Starter plan is £20/month + VAT (or £200/year + VAT) and includes 100 texts a month. A 90-day free trial applies, with billing starting on day 91.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messaging. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
