Roles
For your customers' data, you are the controller and A2Z IT is the processor. For your own account data, A2Z IT is the controller.
What we process
Account details you provide, and the customer contacts and consent records you capture. Data is stored in the UK.
Your rights
You can access, export and request erasure of personal data. Contacts can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message.
Sub-processors
Microsoft (Azure), GoCardless, Intuit (QuickBooks) and Cloudflare support the service. Details are in our Data Processing Agreement.
